A teaser and aftermovie for the yearly Flemish heritage event

UNESCO has recognised 24 heritage topics in Flanders, Belgium. They range from World Heritage like the city centre of Bruges to the art of falconry and the ancient archives of Leuven University. The video above is just one example: shrimp fishing on horseback.

Heritage throughout Flanders

It is important for the Flemish UNESCO Commission that this heritage is not only preserved but also seen. We travelled through the whole of Flanders for two years, capturing its unique heritage traditions and practices.
